Personal Health and Immunity

• Tea Tree Oil is an important addition to what is known as ‘Immune Bomb’. This is a blend of oils that will help prevent you from succumbing to winter bugs. It consists of a blend of Lemon Oil, Oregano Oil, Tea Tree Oil and a protective blend.
• Tea Tree Oil has a soothing effect on cuts and rashes. I keep a Roller Ball Bottle in my bag at all times with diluted Tea Tree Oil for this purpose.

• I sometimes blend Tea Tree Oil with Frankincense Oil and Oregano Oil. This blend is helpful to slow down the development of pimples and cold sores. I would not say that it will stop the development of all cold sores but it certainly slows progress and is helpful if you don’t have access to any of the commercial preparations. I always apply the oil to a clean finger and then wipe it onto the cold sore or pimple. This avoids contamination of the oil in the Roller Ball bottle.
• I often diffuse Tea Tree Oil with a protective blend if I am feeling unwell e.g. I feel a cold coming on. These oils help to purify the air.
• Tea Tree Oil is an essential ingredient in my Foot Spray for Stinky Feet. It helps to cleanse feet and shoe surfaces.

• Add about 20 drops of Tea Tree Oil to a spray bottle and fill with water for a versatile spray cleaner. You can add vinegar if you like and you can add in additional oils too. It leaves your household surfaces smelling fresh and clean.
• I add Tea Tree Oil and Eucalyptus Oil to my DIY Clothes Washing Powder.
