Melt and pour soaps make it so easy to make a variety of soaps for you house and as gifts. You can vary the shape, the Essential oils and the Botanicals to make a range of beautiful and unique soaps.

You Will Need:

Silicone Moulds

1/4 cup Grapeseed or Olive oil

1 cup Goat’s Milk Soap Base

Lavender and Rosemary Essential Oils (I use doTERRA oils)

Dried Botanicals such as dried Lavender, Rose petals or Rosemary

Method:

Prepare the soap mould by sprinkling the Botanicals onto the bottom.

Melt soap base over a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl; stirring every 30 seconds.

Add oil and Essential Oils and stir until completely mixed.

Once soap is melted carefully and quickly pour the mixture into the moulds.

Spray the top with vodka to remove any air bubbles that might be present.

Set in the mould for several hours.

Remove from mold and store in airtight container.
