Have you ever made your own ice cream? When I was very young my mother made our ice cream all the time because you just could not buy it.  It took quite a lot of effort to make as there were several cycles of freezing and beating to go through to make sure the final product was light and creamy. Sadly, I really didn’t like the vanilla ice cream she made. But I did like one of her recipes i.e. this Fruit Salad Ice Cream recipe. I will share this one now – it is a great recipe for summer and very easy to make! I jazzed it up by adding a wonderful Essential Oil – Green Mandarin. I am loving this oil at the moment and have been looking for ways to use it. My daughter tells me it is very tasty in a G&T too!

* Before I go on I just want to let you know that I have added some links to my doTERRA webpage throughout this post so you can check out any of the oils I mention.
