Chicken Breast Tender Burgers with Homemade Brioche Buns 1

This recipe has become one of our favourite stay at home, fun meals. Served with chips it is a wonderful treat for a Friday night or for a mid week dinner when you are out of time or energy!

I make my own buns and they freeze quite well so it is easy to have them on hand when the time comes!  Try our recipe for Brioche Buns. You will love them.

Homemade Brioche Buns

If you have the buns on hand all you need to do is heat up your chicken tenders (we like the sweet chilli flavoured tenders), toast your buns and add your favourite salad ingredients. We usually add tomatoes, cucumber, baby spinach, capsicum and sliced olives.

Top with mayonnaise or sour cream and sweet chilli sauce and a side serve of chips, and you have a quick and easy treat!
