amazing essential oils shower pump

Finding a good body wash for showering has been a bit of a chore for us. In fact, I posted a review of several recipes last year to help you find a good recipe. Since then I have settled on a new recipe that is a mix of several others I found. I realised that you do not have to try to recreate the commercial washes. All you need is a body wash that foams up well on your shower puff, smells nice and cleans you well!

Body Wash for Showering 1

The scent is not strong with this recipe and I have only recommended oils that you will be able to smell. Many others including citrus oils do not work well for this recipe. My personal favourites are Lemongrass Oil and Peppermint Oil or Spearmint Oil .

What you will need:

2 cups Castile Soap

3 cups water

4 tablespoons of vegetable glycerine

30 drops of Essential Oils (I use Spearmint, Protective Blend or Lemongrass and Peppermint)

3-4 pump top bottles (200-300 ml size)

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a large jug and distribute between the containers.

Use:

Shake the container before use and pump out onto a sponge or washer.
