If your family doesn’t like turkey and you choose the chicken option for special occasions you might be looking for something quick and tasty that is a bit different. Chicken can become a little boring if it is something you eat every day. This recipe is tasty and the chicken looks impressive too!

What you will need:

A Chicken – the size that suits your family. (To make this a really quick and easy recipe you can use a BBQ chicken or two from the supermarket. But its OK to cook your Chicken too!)

1/2 cup Honey

1/3 cup Soy Sauce

A few handfuls Fresh Chives chopped finely

 A few tablespoons Sesame Seeds 

Method:

If you are cooking your Chicken yourself cook in the oven at 180 C until there is 20 minutes cooking time remaining. 

Mix the Honey, Soy Sauce, Chives and Sesame Seeds together. 

Evenly coat the Chicken with the Honey/Soy Mix.

Cook at 190 C for 20 minutes.

NOTE: If you use a BBQ Chicken just spread the glaze over and cook for 20-30 minutes at 180-190 C.
