Cooking with Oils: Mint and Wild Orange Fudge 2

Are you a chocolate lover? Do you go crazy at Easter time? Here is a recipe that you should love. It is simple to make and packed with natural flavour thanks to Essential Oils. This is one of my Mum’s recipes with a bit of a twist!

 

Mum’s Recipe Book

What you will need: 

3 cups sugar

1 can evaporated milk

 3/4 cup butter

1 packet ( approximately 350 g ) chocolate chips

1 packet marshmallows (cut each into half)

2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Amazing Essential Oils to Try Now 3

1 drop Wild Orange Essential Oil

Method:

Heat sugar, milk and butter over low heat until combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips until melted.

Allow to cool slightly then add marshmallows and Essential Oils. Mix in well.

Pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper. 

Cool until set then cut into squares. 

Note: This fudge is quite rich so cut the pieces small!
